stills - holiday edition - part two

We haven't been away as such, instead choosing to keep close to home, enjoying all our Christmas gifts and the extra family time together.  Oh and avoiding the crazy heat!!

* Holiday treat, trip to the movies.
* A spot of fishing.
* a local park rediscovered.
* A chance to test out the new kite.
* Park days a plenty.
* Hanging out with Uncle Bert.
* Taking photos of myself, I'm vain like that sometimes.
* Breakfast smoothies.
* Riley longing to write.
* Bread making, almost everyday.
* Little artists, killing the boredom, too hot to go out.

Happy weekend lovelies, keep cool!

x jody

Joining the lovely Em for some weekly stills action.

  1. Looks like great family time. Where did you get the writing sheets Riley is using?

    1. Thanks Margie, I made up the writing sheet myself using a large piece of paper and a piece of baking paper over the top for him to trace over. x

  2. a beautiful collection, jody. I love your vanity :) so glad not to be home right now in that heat! I am looking forward to going home to OUR home, but not to melbourne :( have you got a new camera? there seems to be a lovely new clarity to your images. you'll have to let me know how you found the D600 because I'm camera shopping.. and trying to find imaginary money from somewhere..?!! x

  3. I'm hoping it cools down by Tuesday when I arrive with Sunny! Looks like your holidays are nice and relaxing... SOmthing my household is NOT at this present time. We're celebrating Christmas this Monday and I have a list long of things to get through, including wrapping presents! Can't wait for Tuesday...
