* It's all about the sand.
* love the beach shack retro décor.
* story time with dad, always the best.
* the front garden was filled with fruit trees, plums were perfect for picking.
* dreaming of beaches, busy days mean someone crashed early.
* our most favourite beach all to ourselves. heavenly.
* early morning walks.
* summer holidays mean ice cream!
* we stopped for some strawberry picking on our way home, I'm pretty sure they consumed more there, than what we actually brought home.
We had all been feeling a tired and cabin feverish, so when the opportunity to take a few days away arose, we jumped at the chance. Nothing like a little beach shack getaway to recharge the batteries.

Beautiful photo's Jody. My favourite is of Riley and Lila on the steps with their icecreams. It reminds me of when I was a kid! This looks like the perfect little getaway, and how good is that decor!
