stills / week fourteen

/ First sign of rain and she's out looking for puddles, in her gigantic gumboots.
/ Planting Aldi citrus trees.
/ She is always fussing about her chooks, like a mother hen.
/ Op shop haul.
/ Planting a winter crop.
/ What school holidays are all about, Lego everywhere.
/ And hot chocolate of course.

Wowzers, I don't know where last week went, it just past by faster than ever. I'm grateful for school holidays this week, a chance to regroup, recharge and spend extra time with my favourite people.

Happy week!

  1. I wish I had some gumboots like those beauties. And some rain would be nice. Call me crazy but I love it when it rains in the school holidays.

    Sounds awesome.
    Lovely stills as always.
Bought my daughter some cotton on gumboots in the sale last year. Now kicking myself because of those precious floral ones.

  6. Lovely pics. How do you get your chooks so tame? Our Barnevelders are so flighty and run for cover whenever we walk out the back door.

  11. We've had a few like that Elisha, but the latest isa browns we got were just so friendly from the get go, we managed to tame the others with plenty of hand feeding and gentle pats.
